Recognising a critical concern in the minds of new customers (will my leaflet really be delivered?) Davids governance of the entire process from concept to delivering the message into the hands of your potential customers has been a crucial factor in our success.
David partnered with Larne Enterprise Agency LEDCOM, in the highly successful business development initiative of 1993. His expertise seen an unprecedented 47% return on public interest in the regions redevelopment. This contributed to Davids further involvement in similar projects in Carrickfergus, Antrim and Mullusk.
David partnered with companies large organisations such as Pennys of Larne, GMG Garages and Albert Graham, however has continued to cater for both great and small working with companies like HHI Home Improvements, Prestige Windows and Mortgage IQ.

This includes experience in the design and management of international government programs and the development of over 28 multi-lingual projects.
Mark was the Master Trainer and author of many of the customer service, sales and leadership programs for Edge Innovative Learning International Ltd.
Over the past 14 years he has been instrumental in the design and delivery of strategic change projects in areas such as Sales, Strategic Business Planning, Vision, Leadership, Coaching and Entrepreneurship.
Strategic Change projects included Sales Vision and Customer Classification for Dillon Bass, Virgi Mobile, Tyco Electronics, Norske Skog, Eircom, Dell, Orange (Now 3), Equipmed Medical Solutions, Douglas Pharmaceuticals, Hewlett Packard and more.
As Master Trainer for edge Mark spearheaded the capability development of Coca-Cola trainers throughout Europe and South Africa, which made possible the successful implementation of a comprehensive Strategic Sales Development Program in more than 28 countries.
Over the past 14 years Marks wide range of experience has enabled him to develop from one to one management coaching to the skills necessary to address audiences of up to four hundred with a wide ranging demographic.

While working for Northgate IS (formally SX3) Jonathan gained the experience of supporting and maintaining one of the largest computer networks in Europe as part of Northgate and the Education Boards Classroom 2000 Project (C2K).
Along with this Jonathan has received numerous awards and qualifications in Information Technology, Health & Safety and Customer Support.
As a central part of CSS Jonathan is now the driving force of IT in the company.
With our abilities of design, printing and distribution of marketing materials right up to Sales Training, IT plays a major role in the company. Jonathan is responsible for the maintenance of the website, internal IT systems and also deals directly with customers on a daily basis.
